As a Service Now Sec Ops, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions within our client's organization.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our security team as a Service Now expert with a focus on Security Operations (Sec Ops) module.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Service Now platform to enhance the organization's security posture.
This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities
Configure and customize Service Now to meet specific business needs.
Develop and implement use cases within the Service Now Soar (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) platform to automate security operations workflows, including incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
Collaborate closely with security analysts and stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into actionable use cases and workflows within Service Now Soar.
Customize and configure Service Now Soar capabilities, including playbooks, automation workflows, and orchestration tasks, to streamline security operations processes and improve response times.
Document use case designs, configurations, and implementation details, maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
Keep up to date with new features and capabilities of the Service Now platform.
What your background should look like
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in design and development in Service Now.
Strong knowledge and practical experience of Service Now API.
Experience in integrating Service Now with other systems using Web services and technologies such as Rest/SOAP.
Proficiency in Java Script programming language for scripting within the Service Now platform.
Understanding of Service Now capabilities across the platform and experience in implementing best-practices and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to drive results and readiness across multiple solutions.
Highly valued knowledge of Sec Ops, Vulnerability Management, and Security Incident Management within the Service Now platform.
English mandatory, French is a nice to have.
