Participate in the Monthly & Quarterly One Stream Reviews (Supplemental forms) Closing process Develop, implement, and administer closing schedule for the non-AX companies.
Ensure all tasks are performed accurately & companies are closed on time.
Ensure consolidation at EMEA/ASIA level.
Audit and internal controls Take lead with internal and external audit requirements Develop, implement and monitor internal controls Develop, maintain and control account mapping for non-AX companies & proper dimensionalization of entries Review yearly statutory financial statements for LE's under area of responsibility Review the Indirect and Direct Tax reporting for the EMEA legal entities Lead the Consolidation & Russia teams Be the key contact for our Canadian corporate and tax teams.
Prepare & Issue the statutory financials for the Luxembourg entities under Lux Gaap Prepare and coordinate with the tax consultant the income tax filing for the Luxembourg entities Prepare and coordinate the Luxembourg Reporting for grants Prepare and coordinate the Luxembourg Statec reporting TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Good knowledge of local Lux GAAP, US GAAP, statutory reporting & tax reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
Extensive experience with accounting systems in an industrial, multi-company environment.
Strong team building skills demonstrated through participation on cross functional teams.
Advanced Excel knowledge, Consolidation tool (One Stream).
Knowledge of Microsoft AX or Baan ERP would be an asset.
