We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the complete redevelopment of our client's core applications.
Mission
You will be responsible for leading the migration to Java Spring Boot & React JS
Liaising between the various teams (business & IT) and coordinating actions in line with predefined milestones
Ensuring that budgets and deadlines are respected, thanks to a global vision of the project and an understanding of technical and practical feasibility
Validate deliverables before moving on to the next stage
Overseeing the technical migration of the application by creating dashboards and indicators and scheduling meetings with the steering committees to monitor the project's progress
Manage risks and problems and readjust resources according to immediate needs and plan the new organisation for the medium term
If necessary, reschedule deadlines and justify the chosen solutions to decision-makers
Communicating regularly with stakeholders on the progress of the project, both in terms of the work in progress (adding features, resolving bugs, etc.) and the organisation (deadlines met, server delivery problems, etc.)
Organising and leading steering committees with members of management to ensure that the project is meeting expectations
Skills
You have at least a bachelor's degree
You bring at least 7 years' proven experience and an excellent track record in managing development projects, including change management
You have experience of development outsourcing projects
You have a proven track record in managing more complex projects involving business/users and technology
You are familiar with the financial sector
You are fluent in French and English
