Your skills
You must be team-driven and have project management and delivery skills. We expect candidates to have the following knowledge:
Very good knowledge in networking, Internet and IT infrastructure.
Expert level with Linux system.
Good knowledge of implementing security in a working IT infrastructure.
Good knowledge of Windows Infrastructure products especially Active Directory.
Good knowledge of LDAP infrastructures (OpenLDAP, Active Directory, Novell).
Good knowledge in network communication protocols (HTTP, TLS, Web services).
Good knowledge of Python, Bash, PowerShell, and eventually Ansible... scripting.
Good knowledge in authentication technologies (RADIUS, EAP, LDAP, Kerberos...).
Some knowledge of federation Services/Protocols (ADFS, SAML, OpenID, OAuth...).
Some knowledge of IT security technologies, VPNs, PKI (at least knowing the theory is mandatory).
Some Knowledge Docker, Jenkins, and GIT for creating tests within our automated testing framework, working closely with fellow team members.
Some knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Your job
Your primary responsibilities will involve offering consultancy services to our customer base, including project management, integrating our products or other infrastructure products with their network infrastructure and application teams.
Additionally, you will provide L3 support to our global customers, mainly on-site with local customers and remotely for worldwide clients through email and conference calls, predominantly in English.
You will be an integral part of and receive support from the RCDevs professional services unit, which offers expert advice, remote training, system investigations, scripting, and contributes to larger integration projects for companies implementing our solutions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing documentation in English, such as installation reports, architectural descriptions, and technical proposals.
The work location is full-time in Belval in Luxembourg (near the French border) or at our client's premises in the area. You must be entitled to work in Luxembourg by either being an EU national or by having a valid residence and work permit.
