To continue our success story, we are looking to recruit a new member of staff with immediate effect for our Luxembourg office: Fund Accountant (m/w/d) in full-time In this role, you will be the interface between our investment managers and other competence centres and will take on responsibility for the following tasks.
Your area of responsibility: Accounting / Controlling of self-managed Real Estate Funds and underlying entities Reconciliation of external Hold Co/Prop Co accounts against business plan Preparation of year-end financial statements (Lux GAAP) Coordinate and review ongoing tax topics for above mentioned companies.
Prepare quarterly management and statutory reports Liquidity management and appropriate file management Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our internal and external clients and service providers Administrative / operational tasks within our Luxembourg branch Collaborate in the design and optimization of related processes Participate in ad-hoc projects The job requirements: At least 3 years professional accounting experience, preferably in an international Real estate environment Sound knowledge of Lux GAAP accounting principles Proficient use of MS Office Able to work in an organized and structured manner with attention to detail, whilst remaining flexible and able to prioritize workload to deliver to deadlines Strong communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German, French would be a plus Willing to travel occasionally We offer: A highly interesting and varied field of activity and opportunities to get involved in the process design Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes in a young, dynamic team.
