Vos missions Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous recherchons un Business developer basé à notre siège social au Luxembourg.

Voici un aperçu des responsabilités : Identifier et cibler activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, prospecter de nouveaux clients et élargir notre portefeuille client.

Piloter le développement et le suivi de notre outil de CRM.

Participer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise et à sa mise en place opérationnelle.

Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les activités commerciales, les performances et les prévisions.

Assurer la gestion de la relation client et l'optimisation de l'expérience client.

Participer à des événements, conférences et salons professionnels afin de promouvoir les activités de l'entreprise.

Votre profil Expérience réussie dans le développement commercial, idéalement dans un environnement en forte croissance.

Autonome et proactif, avec un bon sens du relationnel.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment des systèmes CRM.

Orienté résultats avec un fort esprit d'initiative.

Français et anglais courant, la maîtrise de toute autre langue serait fortement appréciée.

Your role In a context of growth, we are looking for a Business developer for our headquarter in Luxembourg.

Here is an overview of the responsibilities: Actively identify and target new business opportunities, prospect new clients, and expand our client portfolio.

Drive the development and monitoring of our CRM tool.

Participate in defining the company's business development strategy and its operational implementation.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.

Manage customer relationship and optimize the customer experience.

Participate in events, conferences, and professional exhibitions to promote the company's activities.

Your profile Successful experience in business development, ideally in a rapidly growing environment.

Autonomous and proactive, with good interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer tools, especially CRM systems.

Results-oriented mindset.

Fluent in French and English; proficiency in any other language would be highly appreciated.
