We are currently hiring a Call desk Agent FR/UK/LUX/GER (M/W) for our delivery center.
Your tasks
In charge of user support: you are the first point of contact for users.
You manage phone calls and handle the various e-mails by following the procedures.
You are in charge of encoding and resolving tickets in the tracking software.
You dispatch the tickets to the expert teams if necessary.
You are able to respect the contractual call deadlines.
Your profile
You are fluent in French, English, Luxembourgish and German.
You are able to use a computer as well as the usual office tools such as Microsoft Suite.
You are client oriented and appreciate contact with users.
You idealy have a first experience in a call center.
Knowledge of ticketing tools is a real asset.
You appreciate teamwork and working in an international environment.
