PURPOSE OF THE JOB As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, providing essential support across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Operating within the vibrant financial landscape of Luxembourg, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our clients, who span various industries and adhere to both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Luxembourg Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Lux GAAP).

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of finance and bookkeeping tasks, requiring both technical expertise and a proactive, client focused approach.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Handling all day-to-day bookkeeping activities for our clients, in line with appropriate accounting standards (LUX GAAP and IFRS (US GAAP and UK GAAP optional)) Ensure accounts teams files adhere to internal standards and procedures, providing final sign off before presentation to head of client accounts and ultimately the board of directors.

Prepare complex consolidation working papers according to IFRS accounting rules.

Interpret complex shareholders agreements and other legal agreements to determine required accounting entries.

Apply IFRS specific standards, drive technical IFRS consultations, prepare technical IFRS memos when required.

Prepare working papers to facilitate the audit process for client profile.

Liaise with the client, banks, auditors, notaries, tax and legal advisor where appropriate, in order to oversee the client file matters Prepare internal training material for IFRS/ LUX GAAP and audit related topics and be able to present the training.

Document internal control procedures and recommend improvements to management.

Preparation, review and co-ordination of IFRS/ Lux GAAP (balance sheet, profit and loss and notes) financial statements Processing and booking invoices, execution and payment preparation, management of accounts receivables and accounts payables, reconciliation balances, fixed assets and miscellaneous bookings.

Keeping abreast with accounting standards (Lux Gaap and IFRS)Preparation and filing of BCL reports Preparation and filing of VAT returns Preparation and filing of Withholding taxes on Director's fees ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Holding at least a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/management or related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, SAICA).

Experience in working within the trust and company environment would be advantageous.

High level of technicality in IFRS in broad spectrum of industries (Holding, Real Estate, Private Equity,) and in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel.

Experience in financial management, would be advantageous.

Ability to take initiatives, create solutions, display organizational capabilities and client service attitude, work with proactivity and respect deadlines.

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels Responsible, accountable, and able to get on with others as a team player.

Able to fluently communicate in English, in written and verbally; German and French are considered as an asset.
