MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services.

MIBL now has an opening in its Custody & Banking Services Department for a: Corporate Actions and Income Administrator (CDI) (Ref: CAIA – 04/2024) Primary functions and tasks: Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you will be in charge of: Perform all necessary functions related to Corporate action and Income services (including but not limited to):➢ Notifications➢ Clients´ instructions➢ Payments➢ Reconciliation➢ Reporting➢ Securities lending➢ Proxy voting➢ Class actions Understanding the day-to-day processing of Corporate action and Income services; Answer inquiries from both internal and external parties, as well as client inquiries in regards to Corporate action and Income services; Ability to analyse and proactively evaluate solutions; Specific knowledge & skills: Prior experience (between 5 and 8 years) in a similar role; Ability to deal with custodians, customers, and service providers; Good command of spoken and written English; Team player & excellent communication skills; Result-oriented and ability to work under pressure; Good overview and understanding of financial instruments used within the banking/financial sector as well as understanding of related transactions; Good organization skills; Ability to prioritize tasks; Dynamic and results-oriented.
