Key job responsibilities Single threaded leader for the Last Mile expansion plan of record for AMXL across entire Europe Responsible for selecting the right locations & buildings for our network with a direct impact on the long-term cost structure of the business Collaborating across all miles with various stakeholders to define the end-to-end plan of record for AMXL Ensuring launches are executed on time to the highest standards by partner teams Innovating to improve customer experience and ultimately lower costs for our customers Building strong partnerships with operations leaders to identify impact of new business plans About the team Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like large domestic appliances and furniture.
Our team manages the end-to-end supply chain across fulfilment to delivery and returns.
What sets this service apart from others is the extra level of customer care.
Not only do we deliver large items, but we unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed.
With a focus on safety, productivity and innovation, we're changing the way customers buy and receive large goods for the better.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Experience in program or project management Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Experience leading process improvements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
