DESCRIPTION Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support 4 Tax Directors.
The position will be based in Amazon's Luxembourg corporate offices.
Key job responsibilities Main responsibilities include: Complex calendar management, travel bookings, expense management, event planning, space management, as well as ad- hoc project management.
This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing you exposure to broad and diverse areas of the Amazon business and the opportunity to work with senior leadership teams on a multitude of exciting tasks.
You will generally be responsible for organising agendas and ensuring optimum manager productivity, including ensuring successful follow up of action items, preparing documentation for meetings, assisting with presentations and a variety of other day to day administrative tasks.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Luxembourg, LUX BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrable experience supporting senior management gained in a fast-paced administrative capacity is required.
You will ideally have supported a General Manager level manager in previous roles.
Positive outlook, proactive, very detail-oriented and driven to succeed.
Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed Proven ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
