MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services.
MIBL now has an opening in its Custody & Banking Services Department for a: Custody Client Services Officer (CDD – one year) (Ref: CCSO – 03/2024) Primary functions: Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of all matters that are in the function competences.
Maintain and enhance relations with existing customers by resolving incoming queries and service issues; Maintain log of activity and queries in order to extract Key Performance Indicators and present to Management; Provide solutions for the customers' needs; Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; Work collaboratively with other departments in MIBL and affiliated entities in order to satisfy MIBL's customer's.
Assisting and supporting the Custody and Banking Services staff in their daily tasks, if required; Assisting his direct Supervisor on any urgent matter; Escalate any urgent matter to his direct Supervisor.
Specific knowledge & skills: Good understanding of the custody and fund industry; Ability to work with colleagues of the bank and external parties, and escalate to reporting line when necessary; The ability to work accurately, with attention to details; Human relations Team player & excellent communication skills; Result - oriented and ability to work under pressure; Good organization skills; Ability to prioritize; Dynamic and results-oriented.
