The Oversight Manager will be part of the Operations Team of ONE fund management, the group AIFM.
Oversight Manager within an AIFM (m/f) Job Overview: The scope of the role includes the responsibility for overseeing the delegated central administration function, portfolio management function, and marketing.
Responsible for every Fund operations topic towards clients and preparing regular reporting to the Fund's Board of Directors.
Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor the performance of the delegates and service providers, conduct initial and ongoing due diligence visits, perform the ongoing supervision of the delegates and service providers Ensure the day-to-day fund operations are well performed and perform controls on delegated duties of the funds under management (e.g.
Central Administration and Investment Manager, in particular, the day-to-day controls on NAV, reconciliation aspects, valorisation of assets, reporting, KPIs) Support the valuation process and control of valuations (including adequate procedures aiming at ensuring fair and independent valuations) Responsible for the investigation and resolution of any day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents internal or external (i.e.
with the Delegates, service providers, and Clients) Support the client onboarding process and the implementation of service level agreements/operating memorandum Coordinate the funds accounting audit and company audit Monitor and improve the implementation of Policies, Procedures, and Controls Prepare regular reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company & the Funds and regulatory reporting such as AIFMD Annex IV Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent Between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience in an AIFM, big4, or Depositary covering private equity or real estate strategy Fluent in English (German is a plus) Excellent Microsoft Office and database management skills Analytical and organised spirit Autonomous and able to take initiatives Communication skills and team-oriented person Time management and prioritisation skills Occasional travel is required to client sites and delegate sites We offer: An entrepreneurial working environment in a young and motivated team; A multicultural environment where we promote diversity, talent & ideas; The ability to work and interact with a wide variety of specialists; Internal training and career development.
