Overview
As a Sales Consultant for our Training & consultancy services, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our training & consultancy solutions. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and effectively closing deals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the Luxembourg market, and a proactive approach to Sales.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential for our services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that address their specific requirements.
Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their pain points, goals, and priorities.
Present our services and value proposition effectively, highlighting how they can benefit the client's business.
Customize proposals and solutions to align with the client's objectives and budget constraints.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic Sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support Sales objectives.
Deal Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
Overcome objections and address concerns raised by clients during the Sales process.
Close Sales efficiently while ensuring a positive experience for the client.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software.
Generate regular reports on Sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze Sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven track record of success in Sales, preferably in consultancy services or a related industry.
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding Sales targets.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to Sales, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
English / French (mandatory)
