We're seeking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer who can conduct test analysis, check, evaluate, and test new implementations, integrations, and releases. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and has the necessary experience to take applications and systems to the next level in safety, security, and accuracy. As the QA Officer, you will create a complete QA program that not only safeguards software/system quality, but also promotes an engaged culture among work colleagues.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining test documentation: test strategies, test plans and test cases;
Designing and maintaining test suites, test acceptances and test data;
Modelling, analysing, identifying uses cases, BP and requirements;
Overseeing software/system inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables;
Investigating reports of software/system quality issues and ensuring resolution in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements;
Documenting and reporting test results;
Teaching others good quality and testing practices;
Providing technical communication or training to team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes;
Providing functional communication to users to understand their requirements;
Conducting workshops with business users;
Being up to date on software testing standards, processes, methodologies and tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
Proven experience of at least 5 years in testing (functional/non-functional testing, system integration testing, automation with robot framework & UAT coordination)
Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, Scrum methodology, database and API testing
Knowledge within the banking sector (or with credit cards / payment processes)
Proficiency in English, written and oral, equivalent to B2 or higher is mandatory (primary language)
Having experience under Microsoft environment & development tools and applications is considered as an asset
Having a previous experience as a Business Analyst or Developer is considered as an asset
Having a valid ISTQB at Advanced or Expert level is considered as an asset
