About us
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional IT support to our users and clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a human-sized company.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Providing IT support to users and/or clients.
Handling tickets related to incidents and dedicated requests in Windows and Office environments.
Troubleshooting desktop hardware such as desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
Escalating unresolved incidents to higher-level support.
Tracking the incident lifecycle.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures.
Following up on customer requests with a customer-oriented approach.
Profile
Prerequisites:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field.
Proficiency in French, German, and English.
Good knowledge of the Windows operating system.
Proficiency in Office tools.
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (printers, PCs, mobile devices, etc.).
Experience with SCCM.
Understanding of Active Directory issues.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities.
Enjoyment of teamwork while also capable of working autonomously.
Excellent communication skills.
Additional skills
Familiarity with ticketing tools.
Experience with SCOM.
Proficiency in Office 365.
ITIL certification.
