We are seeking for an Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer, eager to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMO, including correspondence, project organization and communication.

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Conduct research and gather data to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are arranged seamlessly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.

Manage CMO's inbox, prioritize incoming communications, and ensure timely responses.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? Bachelor's degree or a similar Education Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.

Interested in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritization and time management.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

Prior knowledge of marketing principles and techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.

Fluency in English, additional languages like German and French would be a plus.
