Your main responsibility will be

ensuring that our users have the tools and support they need to efficiently carry out their daily tasks and assignments using the virtual desktop and various applications within our IT environment.

Additionally, you'll play a key role in onboarding a large number of new users.

Your team

Join our Technology Services team, specifically the Application Support & Reliability team based in Luxembourg. Our mission is to maintain a stable and efficient operating environment.

Your profile

Proficiency with Citrix virtual desktop in a Windows environment

Experience with Citrix orchestrator, remote assistance, and standard office applications

Familiarity with Service Now and setting up standard user applications

Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach

Ability to deliver exceptional service to end users regardless of the challenge

Good to know

Flexible working schedule

Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
