Our client, a big international company, is now hiring a Software Renewal Officer to internalize this function in their office in Luxembourg ! You missions : Improve Renewal Processes Across Sales Channels.

Lead Renewal Lifecycle for Customers and Resellers.

Ensure Timely Offer Delivery.

Your profile : Previous experience in software renewal management or customer service is essential.
