Context
We are looking for a UX researcher & designer (2 to 4 years of experience minimum) to help our UX Lead. You will be involved in generative user research, requirement gathering, evaluative research, conducted with our end users (aka, employees or clients of the bank). We have a design system in place. You will use it to build prototypes for testing and/or to build mockups and wireframes for development specifications. Please note that we are actually looking for a designer mostly re-using existing components in Sketch. While you will be working in close collaboration with the UX Lead, we still expect a certain level of autonomy inside a dedicated Agile team project.
