Main Responsibilities You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the formalities for setting up Luxembourg structures; You ensure compliance with legal obligations (meeting of boards of directors, AGM, drafting of minutes, ,...) for a portfolio of companies; You are in charge of paying invoices and certain taxes for client companies; You participate in the administrative management of companies (mail management, follow-up of various legal documents,...).
