The IT team is managed by the CTO, and employees are divided into 3 teams: Operations, Development, and Infrastructure.

This IT Support Level 1 position is therefore opened.

You will have the opportunity to improve your IT skills and grow up in the company.

Your Responsibilities : You are in charge of day-to-day tasks such datacenter operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

You manage and track tickets from opening to closing.

You handle tickets that you can solve.

You provide answer and solutions adapted to the requests expressed in intern You improve your skills in interne and have the opportunity to evolve in the company.

Required skills for this role : You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science You are fluent in English (Mandatory) You have a good knowledge on several of these products: Linux Server, Red Hat, Monitoring tools… You are curious, autonomous and meticulous.
